Information from this website
When you send a demo request, partner application or contact message we store the name, company, mobile number, email, city and message you type in, along with the date, your IP address and browser details, which help us spot spam.
Why we hold it
Only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer or partner, to run the commercial relationship. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone outside Deeva Groups.
Data inside customer accounts
Each customer account holds that company's own operational data. We do not use it for anything other than running and supporting the service, and one customer's account is never visible to another. Our staff access an account only to provide support or to fix a fault, and that access is logged.
Partners
A partner can see the accounts they created and the commission arising from them. Partners cannot see any other partner's customers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they are commercially useful. Account data is kept for the life of the subscription and for the period afterwards required by tax law. Write to hello@deevagroups.com to have an enquiry record removed.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps the forms and the logged-in panel secure. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
